My XBox is normally sitting next to my 65" TV, with its power cord hidden safely away from my cats by the TV, the AV stand and a folding table that blocks the cats. If I want to move the XBox to my other TV or to bring it to a gaming party, it takes about 20 minutes to gather the power cord. I've been searching for a spare. And now I've found one!

It's another power cord, that's all it is, but at least it's available. I move the XBox from my living room where I play games to the bedroom where I use it as a DVD player, and it's so simple to just have a second cable around instead of reaching underneath the TV stand and bedroom dresser to keep plugging and unplugging the cord. It's up to you, for convenience sake.

You all laugh about them selling this, but it's good they offer it. I left my power cable at a hotel and didn't realize it until I was 400 miles away. Needless to say it's cheaper to buy a replacement...Just remember, sometimes replacement parts are hard to find, be thankful this isn't.

A few days ago, my pet rats escaped from their cage, unplug my Xbox and chewed through the AC cable. For a moment, I thought all hope was lost - then I realized I could just replace the cable. So, while a lot of you might think this product is pointless or just for moving your console around from room to room without unplugging it from the wall, it actually saved me from going out and buying an entire console. What a relief!
