Came with an installation CD, which made the process easy and fast. I bought this product primarily for the video capture ability, feature that works as advertised. Also, transcodes video at about 1.8X which is almost half the time I normally use when transcoding with the pc only. This saves me time and effort. There are new drivers available from ati, but the ones on the CD worked just fine. It is not a silent card, but has nice transcoding speed. Captures mpeg video from vhs without any frame drops. Works as expected. Hope it lasts a few years.
