Man I was looking for something simple to put on my DS Lite to protect it's screen, and I found it!! Great quality and durable. I'm so glad I got this product. Amazon really does have everything. It wasn't costly either so I recommend to buy if you need to protect DS from scratches.

I have been this product for several months now and the product works great! It doesn't make the DS bulky and it looks great on the DS. It fits very snugly on the DS lite; there are no gaps or spaces between the case and the DS lite, so the DS doesn't rattle around while it's in the case. Just be careful taking the case on and off to avoid breaking it; my best advice is that once you put it on leave it on. It's not a good idea to keep taking this case on and off. My only compliant is that the heading says the case is clear, but in fact that is only semi-true. The case is actually a clear black color, even though the case appears clear in the picture. The case looks great with a black DS lite, but I don't know how it would look with other colored DS's.

I bought this case a few weeks ago hoping that it would be the same quality as a clear case that came out a couple of years ago (a version with NFL team skins). That particular case was a good one and saved my old DS during a couple of accidental drops. Not a scratch on that one. That case got lost together with my old DS on a plane trip about 3 months ago. This case isn't as durable as the old one. I've had this for 3 weeks and is now completely broken. The top half's hinges broke off and now the bottom piece is broken in half.
I was looking for something low-profile and didn't add too much thickness to the DS. This accomplishes that criteria. Also, the low price was a plus. Unfortunately, its durability is bad. I recommend that you go look for something else.

This is a great case to have on while playing, but it has a few flaws that really annoy me. After a little over 2 weeks of use (not even, that's just how long I've had the case, I use the case about every other day), two of the rubber things on the bottom of the case have come off, and they leave a sticky spot where they used to be. Getting the case on is not so bad, but because the volume and on/off switch for the DS stick out, you have to push the plastic over them. Getting this thing off is just way too difficult. It took me about 10 minutes to get it off! I was worried it was going to leave a bunch of scratches on my DS but luckily it didn't. I suggest using the Intec Dura Case, it doesn't protect you DS while you're playing, but it's the best place to keep your DS while you're not using it.
