 The Best Gundam Fighting Game YetJul 25, 2002
Okay, take G Gundam, Endless Dual and Gundam Battle Assualt 1, mix them all together and you would come up with this game. GBA2 is one of the coolest gundam games that will ever be made for Playstation.To start off, there are a few things in here that are the same from GBA1. Some of the music tracks are still arounds and mecha from 0080, 0083, Zeta, ZZ and Char's Counterattack just show up in the game even though they have nothing to do with the One Year War (although I do appreciate the inclusion of Nu Gundam). However, despite that short coming, there are a lot of other great features that make it worth buying. The street mode is just a fancy name for story mode, but what's great about this is that there are a bunch of different storylines from G Gundam, Endless Waltz and Gundam 0079. They all flow relatively well (even though Neul Zeal shows up in Endless Waltz street mode). Whats even better is that some of the voice actors actually show up for some small (yet still chessey) dialogue. The best part of Street mode is that when you use your special, you get a short few seconds for your character to say something before he unleases it. One of the best mecha has to be the Heavy Arms Kai since all it does is shoot continously for an insane amount of time. However, there is one big dissapointment of the game. The packing says that there are over 30 mobile suits to choose from. While this is true, you only start out with 16 in VS mode (the majority of them are new). So if you want the others, you have to play through all the story modes on Hard. I recommend getting a memory card so you can save your progress. Pros:
-Better backrounds
-Voiced dialogue
-Longer than the first one
-More mecha
-Better specials
-Endless Waltz mecha (need I say more) Cons:
-You only get 16 mecha to start with
-Long and boring credit sequence when you beat the game
-Some parts are really hard
-Extended life on bosses
-Limited jet propulsion Overall, GBA2 is worth the small price and then some. If you have to buy one last game for your Playstation, make it this one. You won't regret it.

 The best Gundam game for PlayStation!Oct 18, 2002
This is ultimately the greatest gundam game I have ever played. You can choose from about 30 of the most popular gundams from many of the tv series. There are way more modes than the first one, although I am dissapointed about the way you can only use certain gundams in story mode. Another drawback is that unlike the first one, the loser's gundam doesn't sort of fall apart after the match. (probalby because of the G Gundam fighters. Imagine having your arms and legs fall off!) Anyway, about the gameplay. This game has great graphics for a 2-D fighting game. Most of the gundams from the first game are in this one, exept for a few. (The-O, Hamma-Hamma, Z Gundam, Hydra Gundam, etc.) But all of the new ones can make up for that! The controls are very easy to understand, and if you really concentrate, then you can find that every gundam has the same combination for most moves. And there's finally a mode where you can duke it out on the computer! But of course there has to be a challenge! You try unlocking all of the secret mobile suits! (there's about 14) So I ask you, do you have what it takes to be the greatest Gundam pilot?

This game is the best gundam game for PS(yes,i have ps,not the new psx)anyway,i have unlocked everyone so far(i had really good practice,i beat GBA1)except for the 4 mobile armors(Psycho,Big Zam,Nue Ziel,and Dark Gundam)The graphics are 2d,which is cool,and the backround is 3D,which is cool 2...Master gundam,and Epyon,Hydra,and Full Armored ZZ Gundam are the gundams u dont wanna fight with against your friends,because they will then hate you for life(believe me,they will)The only thing i hate about it is that u can only thrust ur Verniers 3 times,which results in WAY less flight then in GBA1,and they got rid of Z gundam,and O gundam,not to mention Wing Gundam(they have Zero custom,but i liked Wing,he did a cool move were he went into bird mode,and knocked the other MS out)For those who said that Gundam "...[very very not nice]",he is my fav on the game,because 1:his special takes a WHOLE armor meter down!(if u stun the enemy,and quickley use special)i took out Biz Zam By doing it twice,along with one saber strick,and 2 punches!so...Suit up,or shut up(get this game)

Gundam Battle Assault 2Jul 07, 2002

This game is awsome I preordered it and I can't wait till it comes out. You can be everybody from Gundam Wing, G-Gundam, and Mobile Suit Gundam. You can also play as the boss charecters from the first Battle Assault. There is also a versus mode where you can fight another friend. You can also unlock Epyon in the game if you beat all three series and use all the mobile suits in hard mode just telling you if anyone who in reading this wants to know.

Gundam battle assault was not too good of a fighting kind of game. It lacked depth, and had a bad selection of mobile suits. but now all you gundam fan/PSone owners, here is gundam battle assault 2! Play as 30+ suits which series includes Gundam Wing (fight as all 5 gundams etc.), G-Gundam (an awsome series coming august 5th to cartoon network 5:30 ET), and of course Mobile Suit Gundam. (the one that started it all). It also has 3 story modes for all 3 series playable and a good versus mode. This Gundam game should definitely be worth $20.00.
